Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies published or linked on the GMOX Luma store.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who is authorized to place the order.
Products and Product Information
GMOX Luma makes reasonable efforts to describe product dimensions, specifications, materials, colors, compatibility, functions, and installation requirements accurately.
Screen settings, photography, and lighting conditions may affect how product colors appear.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, measurements, electrical requirements, intended use, and installation requirements before placing an order.
Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise clearly stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, based on the customer's shipping address and other applicable factors.
Payment
GMOX Luma currently accepts payment through PayPal.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed or shipped.
Depending on PayPal availability and customer eligibility, PayPal may offer an eligible credit or debit card payment option.
If payment is declined, pending, reversed, or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or canceled.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
GMOX Luma may decline or cancel an order before shipment if:
1. Payment cannot be authorized.
2. Customer or delivery information appears inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Inventory is unavailable.
4. Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
6. A pricing or product-information error is identified.
If GMOX Luma cancels an order that has already been paid, the corresponding payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after placement unless the order has already shipped.
After shipment, an order cannot be canceled and must be handled under the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Shipping
Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, transit times, and delivery restrictions are governed by the GMOX Luma Shipping Policy.
GMOX Luma currently ships only to eligible street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation conditions are governed by the GMOX Luma Return & Refund Policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers must contact GMOX Luma before returning an item and must not send returns to the address on the original shipping label or to our registered business address.
Limited Warranty
Eligible products include a one-month limited replacement warranty beginning on the delivery date.
The warranty covers confirmed product quality or manufacturing defects occurring during normal intended use within the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or removal, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, altered wiring, use outside product specifications, or normal wear.
Installation, removal, electrician, contractor, and other labor costs are not reimbursable under the limited warranty unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Installation and Safety
Customers must follow all product instructions and applicable electrical, safety, and building codes.
Hardwired lighting products should be installed and removed by a qualified professional where appropriate.
GMOX Luma is not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, use outside product specifications, or failure to follow product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, branding, images, layout, logos, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to GMOX Luma or IKECAM Technology Limited.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
1. Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
2. Attempt unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or store systems.
3. Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technologies.
4. Interfere with website security or operation.
5. Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized order information.
6. Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
Third-Party Services
Shopify, PayPal, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, and other third parties provide parts of the website, payment, checkout, and order-fulfillment experience.
Their own terms, service conditions, and privacy practices may apply when customers use their services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMOX Luma and IKECAM Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits consumer rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
This provision does not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
Changes to These Terms
GMOX Luma may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes.
The current version and updated date will be published on this page.
