Payment & Checkout

Accepted payment methods

GMOX Luma accepts major credit and debit cards securely through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal.

Eligible customers may also be offered accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The payment methods shown at checkout can vary based on the customer's device, browser, location, and eligibility. The options displayed during checkout are the payment methods currently available for that order.

Currency

All prices and orders are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If a customer's payment account uses another currency, Shopify Payments, PayPal, the card issuer, or the customer's financial institution may apply its own exchange rate, conversion charge, or cross-border fee.

Sales tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, based on the customer's shipping address and other applicable factors.

Payment authorization

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed or shipped. If a payment is declined, pending, reversed, or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or canceled. Customers should confirm that their card details and billing address are correct or contact their payment provider if an authorization is unsuccessful.

Payment security

Card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. GMOX Luma does not receive or intentionally store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or PayPal login credentials.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear depends on Shopify Payments, PayPal, the card issuer, and the customer's financial institution. For eligibility and processing details, review our Return & Refund Policy.
